The In-Sight Micro vision system measures just 30x30x60mm. It is completed with the intuitive EasyBuilder configuration software, and smartVisionView operator interface display. The system in the size of a remote-head camera is suited for mounting in very tight spaces on robots,production lines and machinery. It provides flexible mounting capability with a non-linear calibration tool that enables mounting at anglesof up to 45O for hard-to-reach applications. Five models cover a range of price, performance, and resolution levels, including a two-megapixel model. It includes a vision tool library to handle a range of vision applications for ta wide array of industries. The EasyBuilder configuration software makes it easy to set up and deploy. With a simple point and click approach, it walks users through the process of settingup the application, step by step. The VisionView 700 operator interface panel makes it easy to monitor production processes without a PC. Once connected, it automatically detects any Cognex vision system on thenetwork and simultaneously displays information from up to nine vision systems in a tiled view.
