OTM is a software solution for the management and engineering of maintenance. OTM allows the user to manage all maintenance thanks to interventions planning, to manage the work order, the activity after a failure as well as the spare parts warehouse. With OTM it is possible to configure all keys performance indicators (KPI) to analyze the data andidentify the most critical assets for planning maintenance efficiently. The Engineering module is realized by implementing the RCM methodology, based on FMECA Analysis and Strategic Analysis. The Engineering module allows to develop efficient maintenance plans under operative and economical points of view, including a costs analysis. This module allows to consider maintenance as a good opportunity and not just as acost. OTM can manage the assets that have to be calibrates. It is alsoavailable as a web based solution.
