The Optiswirl Dual vortex flowmeter provides full redundancy back-up.It has two separate converters giving the instrument two independent measuring systems, which
provide fail-safe measurement capability and back-up. The converters can be programmed to measure different media flowing through the same pipe. The device offers integrated pressureand temperature measurement and incorporates ISP (intelligent signalprocessing) technology which eliminates unwanted signal noise. The Optiswirl is designed to measure operating, volumetric and mass flow of conductive and non-conductive liquids, gases or vapours. The stainlesssteel case is resistant to pressure, temperature and corrosion, makingit suitable for use in harsh applications. The meter can be applied in SIP (sterilisation in place) and CIP (cleaning in place) processes in the food, beverage and
pharmaceutical industries. PACTware is fitted as standard and its modular design allows electronics to be replaced easily.
