The M-430iA/2F high-speed robot is designed for the picking of primaryand secondary foods. It has a reach of 900mm and five axes for horizontal or vertical product placement positions. The anthropomorphic armdesign produces a large work envelope that allows the robot to quicklyrotate or flip back on itself, covering an area of up to 1.8m diameter. The arm can be vertically or base mounted. With its high-speed motors it achieves in the industry standard benchmark test 120 cycles perminute (cpm) with a 1kg payload and 100cpm with a 2kg payload. It meets stringent cleanliness requirements, has a smooth exterior surface and the high gloss paint is resistant to acids and alkaline materials. Designed for hose down cleaning, the robot is sealed to meet IP 67 standards and double seals on the major axes keep fluids out and ensure that its food grade grease stays within the durable casings. Control ofup to 40 multiple axes is available. Where vision is required its R-30iA controller helps reduce integration time and cost with the integrated iRVision system.
