The Ultra-filter is designed for the filtration of compressed air andgases. With nine design sizes, it covers the performance spectrum from35 to 1100m3/h flow rate and therefore the actual compressor outputsbetween 2 and 120kW. The targeted air flow into the element guaranteesa turbulence-free, uniform flow to the filter medium. The filters aresupplied as standard in the Plus design with Economizer and float diverter or in the Superplus design with Economizer and electronically controlled condensate drain; the modular construction also allows for production of OEM variants in customer-specific design and installationin compressor housings with minimum space requirement. Different filter mediums are available for dust filtration, pre-separation, fine, micro and sub-micro filtration. All filter housings can be either inserted as coalescent or particle filters. If filter requirements change thefilter head does not need to be rotated.
