The CoSYNUS scale combines a metal detector and a checkweigher. It provides flexibility, accuracy, reliable detection and high throughput. The device can be integrated into the production process due to its modular design and wide range of accessories, from conveyor systems to evaluation electronics. The checkweigher SYNUS can be upgraded to CoSYNUS in just a few steps, resulting in a checkweigher with an integratedmetal detector. The electronics of the metal detector are integratedinto the control electronics of the checkweigher. The detector is operated using the checkweigher interface. A single interface can be usedto configure two machines quickly and easily. CoSYNUS is the space-saving alternative to solutions with separate checkweigher and metal detector. The base data records only need to be entered once. Managementand documentation of all parameters for the metal detector are product- and batch-specific. It meets the HACCP, IFS and ISO22000 requirements defined for equipment testing.
