The VESTA range of sterile valves is available in large nominal widths. The range includes the following sizes: DN 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100 (DIN pipe class); 42.4, 48.3, 60.3, 76.1, 88.9 and 114.3 (ISO pipe class); 1 ½ “, 2“, 2 ½ “, 3“, 4” (OD pipe class). This offers users solutions for complex areas of application and sterile technical requirements, even for larger flow volumes. The concept of single seat shut off valves with PTFE bellows offers technical and economical advantages forextremely sensitive processes in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. With the Pure Valve technology, complex process plant systems cannow be planned and produced for a very wide range of flow volumes, from DN 10 to DN 100. The range of valves can be operated manually or with NC/NO pneumatic actuators made from plastic and stainless steel (canbe equipped with T.VIS monitoring systems). The valves offer a hermetically secure sealing by PTFE bellows, dead space-free design for total draining and simple, reliable maintenance.
