The MT91 Multi-Point Mass Flow Meter measures complex stack gas flowsin accordance with clean air regulatory requirements. Its tough chromium-carbide coating that protects it from dirt, abrasion and heat. likerugged CEMS pollution control applications. It is suited for high temperatures of up to 455°C in large line sizes >60cm with a wide turndown range from 5:1 to 100:1 and flow sensitivity from 0.08 to 45.7 NMPS. It features up to 16 independent sensor arrays in a variable probe length assembly. With no orifices to plug or foul, the flow sensor incorporates a
fully temperature-compensated design, available with flanged, threaded and retractable process connections with a NEMA/CSA Type 4X (IP66) junction box and a choice of process connections. The smart flow transmitter features a microprocessor-driven design for signalprocessing and data collection, including a menu-driven interface with LCD screen and keypad and a nonvolatile EEPROM chip to store data. The electronics are connected remotely by cable to the flow element assembly up to 300m away. RS232C and HART communication ports and signaloutputs 4-20 mA, 0-5 Vdc,
