The Type 202759 inductive conductivity and temperature probe has beendesigned to comply with the EHEDG guidelines. EHEDG lays down parameters to be met by installations, piping systems and measuring stations in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries in order to achieve the highest levels of hygiene. The probe is fitted with a fast-responding integrated Pt1000 temperature sensor, and is made from Natur-PEEK, a plastic used in medical technology. Thanks to its mechanical, chemical and thermal characteristics, this plastic has penetrated thebeverage and food industries, next to PVDF. The sensor will be available with process connections, such as a DN40/50 milk cone, clamp, Varivent, and SMS. An immersion version and threaded types are planned. Since inductive conductivity sensors do not produce a normalized or standardized signal, the probes are primarily intended to be connected to the CTI-750 transmitter or the AQUIS 500 Ci. The sensor can be delivered in an OEM version, for those users who are interested in building their own evaluation electronics.
