The compact XP-Series DeDusters are available in various sizes for discharge capa-cities of 230 to 6800kg/h. It separates particles as small as one micron as well as long streamers, paper and other contaminants. The system is suited for all types of granular products that need to be cleaned
before packaging, shipping or processing. The provenelectromagnetic coil feature remains
unchanged. The electromagnetic field breaks the static bond between the electrostatic charged plastic pellet and the small dust particles.
DeDusters help to reduce scrap rates, increase production and improve quality of the end product. The surfaces of the cleaning decks have been doubled to increase thecleaning
efficiency and throughput. Air consumption is reduced byoptimizing the air distribution
design. The integrated air boosters provide accurate flow control for maximum cleaning
efficiency.The newly designed Venturi zone
increases the Venturi effect andreduces the carry over to an absolute minimum.
