The PI7 flush pressure sensor is particularly suited for processes requiring a high measuring accuracy. The switch point accuracy of 0.2% and the fast electronic temperature compensation ensure reliability in binary control processes. Depending on the version, the measuring rangeis -0.124...2.5bar, -1...10 bar or -1...25 bar and the medium temperature -25...125°C (145°C max. 1 h). The sensor has two independent switching outputs. The switch points are set by means of 2 pushbuttons via the simple and clearly structured menu navigation. Due to thetwo switching outputs, monitoring of two switch points is possible ina defined pressure range. The overload resistant and drift-free ceramic measuring cell with highest purity (99.9 %), the O-ring free and somaintenance-free sealing concept and the hygienic housing design, make the sensors of the PI7 series suited for process, hygienic and foodapplications. Process connection is made via a G ¾ A or Aseptoflex adapter thread, depending on the version.
