The INS-808 Industrial Managed Switch has six 10/100TX ports as well as two Gigabit Combo ports (2 x SFP interchangeable with 2 x RJ-45). provides enough bandwidth for multimedia applications like industrial surveillance or VoIP systems. The switch is designed to work in extremeconditions, its components and robust IP30 casing enable it to withstand shock and vibration. Dual redundant power inputs and Xpress Ring topology offers redundancy for keeping your network operating non-stop,offering a fast recovery time of less than 50ms in case of a node failure, with a capacity of up to 30 units of INS-808 in a ring at the same time. An added feature is that every port can be used as an XpressRing port. The design of the 2 SFP fiber slots enables the user to insert different fiber modules (multi-mode or single-mode and different distance settings), depending on the distance required. This gives flexibility and scalability to the switch, which leads to significant costsavings.
