Axium Process’s Pure-Screen wedge wire stainless steel filter range includes duplex, multiplex and jacketed filter options. The filters, which are of a particularly robust design and manufactured in 316L stainless steel, are suitable for temperature sensitive applications where filter failure or collapse is not an option and for applications whereproduct smoothness and consistency are essential. The filters are easyto maintain, have no moving parts and require no tools for access orcleaning. Interruption to production can be considerably reduced withthe introduction of a Pure-Screen duplex filter which is also available as a stand alone design complete with support framework. Available in a 4 inch body design as standard, the Pure-Screen filter range employs no O rings, and has a metal to metal seal design. Elements are interchangeable and are available as standard from 25 up to 3000 micron.
