VM9 GA is a digital electronic unit for in-process part gauging and grinding cycle control. The VM9 GA manages two LVDT channels, type FB orHB, to measure continuous or interrupted diameters or positions. Thevalue is presented in microns or mm by a needle display. Compact in size and rugged for shop floor use, the VM9 GA is available for shelf orrack mounting. It can be configured and programmed by the user, by means of the front panel. It can be connected to the CNC/PLC by digitalsync/source digital I/O, 24V externally energised, to control the wheel feeding according to the part size.
