The central components of the redundant controller system Q are two new high-performance processors, the Q12PRHCPU and the Q25PRHCPU. The programmable logic controllers have 52 special process control functionsand complement the existing range of modules. Failsafe applications are configured by installing the controller systems in pairs. The new technology gives users an inexpensive entry into industrial process automation. Powerful functions include comprehensive diagnostics and easyreplacement of faulty components while the system is in operation. Itincludes a new power supply unit and matching backplanes.
