The CALYS 150 on-site calibrator measures and simulates process signals such as voltage (50V), current (50mA), resistance (100kOhm), pulsesand frequency up to 100 KHz, pressure using external digital pressuremodule, temperature with thermocouples (11types) and RTD. It also allows counting and simulation or dry contacts. Thanks to its 2 input channels, it can perform sensor calibration by comparison, (the out-channel becomes the 2nd in-channel). It allows to perform ramps, steps and 100 fixed values generation, signal scaling, and dual display. Its 9 internal custom programs, its large backlit display and its housing simplify the operations for the user. The accuracy is 0,008% at 1 year. The calibrator insures data memory and graphic reading with 21CFR part11 conformity. Hart protocol is included in the instrument for Hart protocol transmitters calibration, as well as bath and dry blocks drivers for temperature sensors on site calibration, with the custom sensordatabase. Communication to a computer can be performed by Usb or Bluetooth.
