The three brake motors - F0, HFV and HFF - are suited for problems connected to the functioning of asynchronous three-phase or single-phaseelectric brake motors in the case of supply failure. The F0 electric brake motor is designed for gearmotor coupling, it minimizes dynamic overloads deriving from starting and braking phase, guaranteeing the maximum value of braking torque. This model has a wide range of accessories and non-standard designs : ATEX II design, IP56, IP65, independentcooling fan, encoder, second shaft end, inverter on motor, etc. HFV motors with single braking surface, are cost effective and offer reducedoverall dimensions and moderated braking torque, and are, therefore, adequate for gearmotor coupling. They are suited for possible use as emergency and parking brakes, for minor traverse movements or for inverter functioning. HFF motors with double braking surface have increaseddynamical characteristics and therefore offer high braking capacity and high start frequency. They are designed for heavy applications, with rapid and frequent brakings.
