The ball valves are available factory assembled to ISO 5211-compliantactuators or in kits for field assembly. Factory assembled actuators are available with ATEX certification. The dual rack and pinion actuators offer a compact design and meet industry standards for interface: ISO 5211, NAMUR, and VDI/VDE 3845. The user can choose from spring-return and double-acting modes. Complete actuated ball valve assemblies include actuators, sensors, bracket kits, solenoids, and a choice of thefollowing Swagelok ball valves: 40G series one-piece instrumentationball valves, working pressures up to 206bar and temperatures from –53to 148°C; AFS 2-way valves with working pressures up to 413bar at 121°C and flow coefficients from 4.0 to 13.8; 40 series instrument one-piece body ball valves, up to 206bar, temperatures of 10 to 65°C; 60 series, working pressures up to 206bar, temperatures from -53 to 454°C, and flow coefficients from 1.1 to 130 or 80 series instrument three-piece body ball valves with pressures to 689 bar for on-off or switching service.
