The Vacuum Gauge VSH82MV, a combination of Pirani and hot cathode, measures absolute pressure from 1000 to 1x 10-9 mbar. It can be used in coating plants, vacuum furnaces or analysis technology. Due to the extended measuring range of the pulsed Pirani the hot cathode operates atlower pressure increasing the durability of its filament. The transducers offer low power consumption and high accuracy. Measurements are transmitted as analog signal 0–10 V and digitally via a RS485-interface,so the measuring tube can be integrated into existing system controls.
