The Secador Techni-Dome vacuum desiccator can safeguard standards, samples, electronics or other high value items. The largest domed desiccator of its kind it offers 65 liters. It provides space for items up to45cm tall or wide including racks, trays and instruments. All contents can be easily viewed through the clear top and bottom. The laboratory grade polycarbonate material is light weight, resistant to most common chemicals and cleans easily. Two round polypropylene shelves, 36.5and 22.5cm in diameter maximize storage capacity and can be lifted outfor easy access or to accommodate awkward sized items. The desiccatorwill hold a full vacuum of 737mm Hg at room temperature for 24 hoursand remain airtight even if not under vacuum. A neoprene o-ring with an application of vacuum grease assures a tight seal down to 0°C. Desiccator drying material can be used on or under the lower shelf when vacuum is not required.
