The G4 family of advanced process control instruments has four base mounting options: DIN rail, panel, desktop, and harsh-environment. Applications include process weighing and control, force measurement, web tension measurement and control, automation, force vector calculations,high dynamic force measurement, and high-speed batching/blending systems. The modular structure enables the user to tailor its performanceaccording to the application. All units support high update rate of upto 800 updates per second, high sample rate of up to 20 kHz, up to eight synchronized measurement channels, true
vector calculation, integrated digital inputs and outputs, and a modern user interface. TheG4 is compatible with a variety of industrial communication interfaces: Profibus, DeviceNet, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, USB, RS485, and RS232. Software upgrades can be downloaded from the web or transferred to G4 units via an USB port connection. Custom software designed is availableupon request. All versions meet CE (industrial), UL and OIML requirements.
