The ASV-Max is a hermetically sealed magnetically driven pump made ofplastic. It is either equipped with a wear resistant HD carbon or a silicon carbide bearing and is suitable for head heights up to 35 metres. It has a maximum capacity of 50 m3/h. It operates with newly positioned axial bearings, thereby minimising flow losses. This leads to a higher capacity, an increased head height and improved efficiency. In addition, the cooling flow guide in the bearing has been optimised. Thisavoids damage to the pump, even in the event of a dry run and ensuresreliable safety in the system even when the flow is interrupted. Thepump is available in six sizes with motor ratings of 0.75 to 4 kW. Ithas a speed range of between 1450 and 2900 rpm at 50 Hz and a maximumoperating temperature of +90°C. In combination with an ASV self-priming tank, type ASV-MAX is self-priming up to a height of 4 metres.
