The H2000 PLUS leak detector uses hydrogen as tracer gas to detect leaks. It is a compact and robust system that is extremely sensitive to hydrogen gas and can detect leaks smaller than a bacterium. It uses a non-hazardous 5% Hydrogen in 95% Nitrogen mixture. The detector is suitable for leak detection in tough factory environments and is easy to move around when searching for leaks on a large object. It is entirelyelectronic, requiring no pumps, valves, or vacuums and needs minimum maintenance. It has dynamic background compensation and minimizes problems with background interference. It can be used for manual as well asautomatic leak testing. The instrument features a standard probe withno sample suction, so dust contamination is prevented. The probe canalso be equipped with a protective cover that allows leak detection onwet objects. If damaged, the probe can easily be replaced in just a few seconds. The standard settings on the instrument can be changed using the user-friendly display menu.
