The WDP100-AL gutter system provides a durable means of mounting 100 mm thick CELdek evaporative cooling pads and supplying them with water.The two form an complete system for incorporating cooling into the ventilation system of a structure. The self-supporting structures makesfor quick and easy installation. It is manufactured in extruded aluminium with plastic gutter joints, plumbing and tank. These materials eliminate the corroding problem of conventional systems. The top and bottom aluminium gutters have the dual purpose of holding the pads as wellas distributing water. A perforated water distribution pipe with a self-cleaning shape is incorporated into the top gutter. This gives evendistribution of water onto the top of the pads, eliminating dry streaks. The system comes with watering kits that provide all the pipe workand fittings, filter, bleed-off and foot plate for the corrosion resistant pump, and flexible drainage connection required to complete an installation. The only external connection that has to be supplied is for the supply water line to the valve in the tank.
