The Blueseal enclosed solvents cleaning and degreasing system is a safe and environmentally-compliant system. It provides an hermetically sealed process chamber, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum drying and extraction and enclosed solvent recovery all within a standard package. It offers the ultra-low emissions and solvent usage that companies need if they wish to continue component cleaning with proven and effective chlorinated solvents such as perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene or otherchemical cleaners covered by the Solvent Emissions Regulations (SER).In a wide variety of applications cleaning with these solvents is seenas the only viable option. Enclosing the process together within a completely sealed solvent reprocessing system will provide the environmental compliance and cleaning performance required under new regulations. The compact system has a large work envelope contained with a relatively small machine footprint. It is available in a wide range of standard sizes, with adaptations built to customer specification if required.
