The TrueDos Flow Monitor (FM) Digital Dosing pump brings to the fielda new concept allowing users for the first time to establish "What's happening in the dosing head" and offer a pioneering system for across-the-board flow and Pressure monitoring in the dosing head. The pump alarms out on "Error Flow" on suction starvation, tank empty, opening ofthe bleed screw or a failure of the suction pipe/tube. Additionally,the pressure within the dosing head is constantly being monitored andcan be displayed at the touch of a button. The pressure at which the pump trips out can be adjusted internally, effectively deleting the requirement for external pressure relief valves. On over-pressure the pump displays "Error bar." There is also the possibility of forwarding the warning message via an optional GSM module to alert an operator viaan SMS text message.
