The Fluke 725Ex is an intrinsically safe multi-function calibrator based on the Fluke 725. It is designed to meet the needs of instrumentation technicians in hazardous environments and other locations subject to risk of explosion. It meets the ATEX standard for intrinsic safety.The 725Ex is powerful, yet easy-to-use, with the capability to measureor source volts, mA, RTDs, thermocouples, frequency, and ohms and with the addition of any of the eight Fluke 700PEx Pressure Modules, youcan measure or source pressure. The calibrator can also be set to source mA with simultaneous pressure measurement to conduct valve and I/Ptests, while its frequency and CPM functions support flow meter testing. The Fluke 725Ex provides the process technician a single, lightweight tool that can handle nearly any process instrumentation need, including work in potentially dangerous areas where explosive materials maybe present.
